Program Manager (Night Market) – Full-Time

The Kapolei Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is seeking an experienced, community-driven Program Manager to lead and manage the planning, execution, and growth of its Night Market program. The Program Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, vendor relations, community engagement, budgeting, and strategic planning to ensure the Night Market serves as a vibrant hub for cultural exchange, local entrepreneurship, and economic development.

Groundskeeper (Night Market) – Part-Time

Kapolei Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain and enhance the cleanliness, safety, and beauty of its outdoor spaces. This position plays a vital role in supporting community programs and events, including the Kapolei Night Market, by ensuring facilities are clean, functional, and welcoming. The main role of this position will be to assist with the setup and breakdown of the market as well as assist with the tasks provided by management.

Kupuna Coordinator, Community Health Worker (CHW)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Health Worker (CHW) to join our team as a Kupuna Coordinator. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission to enhance community health, connect residents with vital services, and support the delivery of culturally grounded programs. As a CHW, you will help empower families, ensuring access to resources that promote wellness and strengthen our community focusing on the needs of our Kupuna.

Site Coordinator/Program Assistant, Community Health Worker (CHW)

We are seeking a compassionate and community-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Health Worker (CHW) who will assume the primary responsibilities of a KHC Site Coordinator and Program Assistant as needed. This multifaceted role supports daily program operations, primarily managing all bookings and rentals for the Kapolei Heritage Center facilities, including classrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces. Additionally, it involves scheduling maintenance, facilitating daily duties to ensure a smooth and exceptional rental experience, connecting homestead residents with essential services, and promoting health and wellness through outreach, education, and collaboration. This opportunity presents a meaningful chance to make a lasting impact on Native Hawaiian communities within a supportive team rooted in the principles of aloha.

Security (Night Market) – Independent Contractor

Kapolei Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is seeking a reliable and community-minded Security Contractor to support the safety and well-being of attendees, vendors, and staff at the KCDC Homestead Night Market. This role is not about enforcement — it’s about promoting aloha throughout the event while providing a reassuring and visible presence. Sound Engineer (Night Market) – Independent Contractor

Kapolei Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is seeking a skilled and dependable Sound Engineer to manage the live audio needs for its events, including the KCDC Homestead Night Market. This independent contractor role is responsible for setting up, monitoring, operating, and breaking down audio systems, ensuring high-quality sound for live performances, announcements, and entertainment. This position plays a key role in elevating the experience for vendors, performers, and attendees. KCDC will provide the sound system and equipment to operate.
